Sea Ranch Lakes is a highly sought after gated community in Southern Florida. The Village of Sea Ranch Lakes was established in 1959 by the Gore family and is located on the east coast of Florida in the center of Broward County. The village is surrounded by the seaside vacation tourists’ destination of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It is located on a barrier island off the northeast tip of Fort Lauderdale. The area is popularly known by sea lovers as the “Shore Diving Capital of South Florida”. There is a dock with for access for residents that do not live directly on the lake.

The Sea Ranch Lakes Beach Club offers residents private beach access, a large heated pool, a children’s playground, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court and a large clubhouse to host private family events. Community events are also hosted a number of times a year at the beach club.
